Cup tappet
The superfinishing of the surface at the cup tappet is very important to ensure optimal performance, durability and reliability of the engine.
Synchronizer ring
The raceway of the synchronizer ring, also known as the "synchronizer ring slot" or "synchronizer ring groove," must be carefully machined for smooth operation of the gear unit. The superfinishing process is of crucial importance here.
Balance shaft
The bearings on the balancer shaft must be superfinished to reduce friction and wear, minimize noise, ensure precise alignment and increase durability. This improves the performance and efficiency of the engine.
Planetary gear
The front face of the planetary gear is finished to ensure precise alignment, minimized imbalance, increased durability, and reduced friction in the planetary gear system.
Camshaft
For repairs and tuning, the surfaces of the camshaft, especially the bearing points, can be machined with superfinishing devices.
Crank shaft
For repairs and tuning, the bearing points of the crankshaft can be machined with superfinishing attachments. This can achieve surfaces like OEM or even better.
Rocker arm
The specified superfinishing devices can be used on the rocker arms to superfinish the contact surfaces with the camshafts and valves. The precise alignment and machining of the rocker arm geometry and a high-quality finish increase durability and reduce friction in the valve mechanism.
Pump piston
Supfina equipment can be used to finish the pump piston raceway that is in contact with the cylinder wall. A finely machined raceway ensures good sealing and reduces wear.
Pinion Shaft
The bearing points of the pinion shaft are exposed to particular loads. Therefore, these must be superfinished for a long running time.
Ball pin
Both the running surfaces and the ball surfaces must be finished. Supfina offers exactly fitting superfinishing attachments and tools.
Control slide
When using the control slide in hydraulic or pneumatic systems, the sealing surfaces are finished to ensure effective sealing and to obtain precise and smooth switching.
Plain bearing
Plain bearings can be made of various materials such as bronze, steel, brass or plastic and play an essential role in many mechanical systems where reliable movement and lubrication are required. The superfinishing surface is necessary for optimal function.
Roller bearing
Roller bearings are very different in size and shape. All have in common a highly stressed surface. The specified superfinishing attachments can be used to produce the special cross-ground surfaces that are necessary for long durability and low-friction running.
Rollers up to 50mm
Depending on the application, rollers in a wide variety of lengths and diameters require very low surface roughness up to mirror high gloss finish. Exactly the right field of application for superfinishing attachments and tools from Supfina.
Rollers up to 100mm
Depending on the application, rollers in a wide variety of lengths and diameters require very low surface roughness up to mirror high gloss finish. Exactly the right field of application for superfinishing attachments and tools from Supfina.
Rollers up to 200mm
Depending on the application, rollers in a wide variety of lengths and diameters require very low surface roughness up to mirror high gloss finish. Exactly the right field of application for superfinishing attachments and tools from Supfina.
Rollers up to 2000mm
Depending on the application, rollers in a wide variety of lengths and diameters require very low surface roughness up to mirror high gloss finish. Exactly the right field of application for superfinishing attachments and tools from Supfina.
Rollers over 8000mm
Depending on the application, rollers in a wide variety of lengths and diameters require very low surface roughness up to mirror high gloss finish. Exactly the right field of application for superfinishing attachments and tools from Supfina.
Eccentric roller
Superfinishing the eccentric surfaces and the bearing points is crucial to ensure low-friction operation and a long component service life.
Piston rod
In production and repairs, superfinishing attachments can be used to process the surfaces. Friction, wear reduction, and sealing quality are important functions of the superfinish surface.
Pump shaft
The bearing points of the pump shaft can be machined with stone or tape finish as required. For lathes, carrier machines or in a turret, Supfina offers a suitable device.
Turbine shaft
The bearing seats of the turbine shaft can be machined with stone or tape finish as required. For lathes, carrier machines or in a turret, Supfina offers a suitable device.
Sleeve
The outer surface of the sleeve is superfinished to increase the contact ratio of the guideway, thus making the sleeve more durable and precise. Superfinishing offers advantages, regardless of whether the sleeve is mounted in a ball bushing or sliding guide bush.
Driveshaft
The bearing seats of the drive shaft are finished to enable precise and low-friction movement of the shaft in the bearing. For both carrier machines, lathes and turret lathes, Supfina offers a suitable attachment here.
Gear shaft
The bearing seats of the gear shaft are finished to allow precise and low-friction movement of the shaft in the bearing. For both carrier machines, lathes and turret lathes, Supfina offers the suitable attachment here.
Main shaft
The main shaft is a critical component in many mechanical systems because it enables energy transmission and conversion, supporting a wide range of applications in various industries. The superfinishing surface of the bearing position determines long running time and low friction operation.
Piston pin
Piston pins allow the piston to move in the cylinder and transmit the compression torque generated by combustion to the connecting rod. In order to withstand the enormous loads over a long service life, a superfinished surface is necessary.
